Currently, citizens from over 60 countries can enter the Schengen Zone visa-free for short stays — up to 90 days within a 180-day period.
Some of the popular visa-free countries include:
🇸🇬 Singapore
🇲🇾 Malaysia
🇬🇧 United Kingdom
🇯🇵 Japan
🇰🇷 South Korea
🇺🇸 United States
🇨🇦 Canada
🇦🇺 Australia
🇳🇿 New Zealand
🇭🇰 Hong Kong SAR
However, even if a visa isn’t required, travellers must still:
• Hold a passport valid for at least 3 months beyond the stay
• Show proof of accommodation and sufficient funds
• Have travel insurance covering at least €30,000
• From 2026 onwards, complete an ETIAS travel authorisation online before flying
